I'm starting a small bakery and I'm wondering if leasing or purchasing would be my best option. I'd like to lease in case the business goes belly up I think.
Anyone have any good links (they've personally had experience with) for leasing bakery equipment such as a convection oven, display case, refrigerator and a mixer?
